Public WC entrances & shop trolley and basket areas be provided with sanitiser

What the petition asks
Legislating the above and giving tax breaks to companies employing WC and trolley/basket sanitising staff would create benefits in respect of savings to the NHS by reducing cold, flu and viral cross contamination & Infection far beyond the cost of implimentation
Because it makes common and economic sense and ensures those in the populous that care about hygiene are given a fair opportunity to protect against those that are not so concerned. The spread of various forms of Flu and now Covid - 19 could be hugely prevented and the savings to NHS budgets as such could be significant. In my actual experience approximately one third of men do not wash their hands after using the latrine - it disgusts me I have to open a door handle knowing this to be the case.
