To install speed calming measures around the Sparrows Lane area of New Eltham

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I would like the government to install speed humps or other techniques of slowing down cars around the Sparrows Lane area of New Eltham so the risk of harm to people and animals can be minimised.
I would like there to be speed humps because sadly last year my cat was hit by a speeding car causing her to be put down. I can not imagine if this was a child. The amount of distraught there would be to the family would be tremendous.

There should be speed humps because there is 2 local nurseries and an entrance to Avery Hill Park. There is also Charlton Athletic Training Ground and all this means lots of cars some speeding. This is one of the busiest roads in New Eltham without speed bumps.
