What the petition asks
We need the government to urgently step in and help small businesses to meet their salary & rental obligations, and for individuals in paying their mortgages and rental payments due to orders and payments from clients being stopped, causing extreme pressure on small businesses and their staff.
If the government does not step in soon, there will be massive business failures and missed payments, causing a knock on effect that will create an economic breakdown at a core level.
The small business man cannot support the larger companies during this time as payments are stopped and future work put on hold, making it impossible to trade normally with cashflow seriously effected.
