Implement UK workplaces to be closed with 20+ people for preventing spread of COVID19

Workplaces with more then 20 people employed can spread the virus more between each other. Example factories which works on shifts. People are changing shifts and meeting in corridors or canteens.
That's a high risk. Almost similar as travelling by public transport
