Restrict people stockpiling and reselling items at inflated prices

What the petition asks
Shut down any traders who are stockpiling items & then reselling at prices beyond recommended retail price during the coronavirus outbreak.
See their stock forcibly reclaimed & redistributed back to local councils or charities to share/donate to those most in need.
There is growing social pressure to panic buy items in the face of self isolation. This is being exacerbated by people excessively bulk buying items resulting in empty shelves & pressure for consumers & staff. A number of these people are then profiteering from this at the expense of others by reselling the same items on at massively inflated prices.
