Bring back rationing in times of national crisis

What the petition asks
The sheer greed of today is outstanding. Mums can't get nappies, baby formula, families are struggling to find every day basics as people are panic buying on a scale never seen. Every day during this covid19 pandemic is bringing black friday frenzied shoppers. It's time for the government to act!
The most valuable in our society are at much greater risk of starvation and suffering due to peoples idiocy! It's time for the Government to step in and bring back a rationing system to ensure all get a fair share in times of need.
