What the petition asks
As the schools in England are still open despite the CO-VID 19 pandemic. Parents should have the choice whether to send their children to school or keep them home without the fear of being fined or prosecuted for unauthorised absences.
Give parents the choice whether to send their child/children to school during this virus pandemic without the fear of being fined by the local authority or prosecuted.
It should be a parents choice to protect their child during the virus outbreak.
It is disgusting that parents are being scare mongered by schools that they will be fined for choosing to isolate their child/children.
The government should be giving parents the choice. We shouldn’t be in fear, as there is enough of that already.
