What the petition asks

To ensure the public health and safety of our nation
In tackling Covid-19 the most effective way to measure the spread, monitor hotspots so resources can be targeted, planning for the future, protecting healthcare workers and the at risk and vulnerable groups is by testing and following up with apps. This is brst practice from China, South Korea
