Bring back National Rationing of products during the COVID-19 outbreak.

What the petition asks
Introduce government controlled rationing of essential products and prevent price gouging if people sell the products on.
Many elderly people, Disabled/infirm and families with children under 1 year old are struggling to purchase vital items, due to the masses stockpiling products. The supermarkets limitations are clearly not working as people are buying to their specified limits, then returning shortly after to buy more. There are also many selling on these products privately at hugely inflated prices. This needs to stop to give the people most likely to be self isolating, the chance to get the products they need!
