Ban international travel between UK and Italy and China

Suspend in flow of people from Italy and China. Russia and Mongolia have closed borders with China and have had no deaths as of now. Screening should be mandatory for all passengers at UK ports of entry. Doctors from those countries should be exempt, as should shipments of goods.
