Remove English literature from the national curriculum for Key Stage 4

What the petition asks
Make English literature an option for GCSE students, rather than being mandatory, by removing it from the national curriculum for Key Stage 4. This would allow people who don’t think they need it to focus on other subjects, such as English language.
