BBC to provide dedicated education channels in the event of school closures
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
In the event that schools are closed because of the corona virus, that the BBC offer educational programmes on TV to assist parents in continuing their child's education at home.
With possibilities of months of school closure, parents will be generally under prepared in delivering sustained educational stimuli/activities for their children. The net effect on students lives could potentially be very damaging if they were to lose quality educational experiences over weeks if not months
