Stop business rates, VAT and PAYE whilst government advise isolation for COVID19

What the petition asks
Help small businesses who may not be able to survive the reduction in customers by halting business rates, vat, and paye payments. This will allow small businesses to continue to survive amid the Corona virus outbreak.
Small businesses who rely on their business to survive would face serve consequences of the reduction in customers. The government should do this so that they can protect small businesses and stop them from closing perhaps for good. The government must act now before it is too late. The government must protect the small businesses such as pubs, cafes, and bed and breakfasts.
