Take action and make clear rules for businesses and the public re: Covid-19

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

The government needs to make clear rules regarding closures of businesses and the restrictions of people's movement relating to Covid19. The current advice uses vague wording such as 'non-essential contact' & 'unnecessary travel' which is open to interpretation & unclear to the public / businesses.
The government's advice up until now has been open to interpretation and is not giving the public or business clear enough guidance on how to help in the efforts against Covid19. At the moment people and businesses are being asked to chose between their moral values, the lives of the vulnerable and their own livelihoods.

Why it was rejected

The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
