What the petition asks
Big companies are are now allowed to take out a loan to keep the company and the salaries of the people in the company's afloat. The self employed people that actually work on a building site should be given the same option

The government seem to be keeping the big guys going and forgetting about the little man that is actually getting there hands dirty to do the job.
