What the petition asks
Many workers already struggle to make ends meet - and the latest issue that we face...the Corona Virus, will push many over the financial edge.
We, the people - want the government to suspend all payments required by utility/mortgage/landlords for a period of 6 months.

We, the general population at large - represent the very foundations that supports all that exists in this United Kingdom.
We are not as fortunate financially as our peers - yet we are the people that support the pillars of society with our fiscal contributions....we need government to help us in these extraordinary times.
Please help us to help our country - please support us...we need financial assistance in these extremely difficult times.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Suspending payments for rent, council tax, mortgages and utilities is a matter for individual landlords, councils, mortgage providers and utility providers, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
