Write off all VAT repayment to HMRC for business affected by Covid-19.

This will be Avery quick way to get finance to SME's directly affected by Covid-19.

We understand that you want HMRC to write off VAT payments for businesses, but it is not clear whether you want this to apply to all VAT payments, or just payments due during the coronavirus outbreak.
