Restart testing for covid 19 in the community -"test, test, test"

The UK stopped testing people for covid19 , except in hospitals. South Korea has done 286.000 tests, the UK only 50,000. Only by tracking it in the community 'Find, Test, Isolate, and Treat' can we bring the epidemic under control - and save admissions to hospitals.
