Close down of all Restaurants, Coffee shops and public places to contain COVID19

As there are a lot of vulnerable people that visit coffee shops, restaurants. pubs and public places, closing them down for at least 14 days, can help prevent the spread of the decease and lower the number of infected people. This can also help keep the staff members safe from the virus.
