What the petition asks

I want a law that makes all disabled parking only for the disabled. Where they are put on housing estates and shopping centres they should be enforceable by law. law.

At the moment anyone can park in a disabled space that does not have the relevant signage. This needs to be changed to make all disabled spaces only usable by disabled badge holders. Take away the option of goodwill and expecting people not to park there. Apply fines and towing for those who make disabled peoples lives difficult by using disabled spaces.
