Reduce income tax and council tax payments for everybody during COVID19

What the petition asks

instead of paying everybody on a weekly basis, would it not be better to reduce income tax and council payments and NSI payments during this pandemic only
Save the economy a little instead of collecting all the taxes and using this for pandemic

Why it was rejected
