What the petition asks

Local authorities should not be increasing council tax during this time of health and financial instability. A reduction from the already exorbitant rate should be implemented into the government scheme to support the uk in these times.

Local council tax is ever increasing and less and less is being done by councils . I will be forced to sell my house as council tax amount is imbalanced on my income .

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
