What the petition asks

For the UK government to provide economic assistance to businesses and staff employed in the hospitality industry, who are suffering unforeseen financial challenges that could have a profound effect on hundreds of thousands of people employed in the sector.
People in the UK are not discouraged from gathering in crowded places like restaurants, bars, bistro, pubs, hotels and B&B. However, they count for 2.9 Million employed people at risk of losing their jobs.
