Petition · past parliament

Petition parliament to pay school supply staff statutory sick pay.

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

We are not working and not being paid. Many supply workers have families, which they are now no longer able to support. We are there for your children when their teachers are ill or when schools need extra support. Please be there for us now.
Due to the reduced number of staff needed to keep schools open for the children of key workers only there is almost no work available for supply staff. Because schools are still technically open, supply staff are not eligible for sick pay. Please arrange some form sick pay at the very least.

Why it was rejected
