Ensure NHS front line staff have the appropriate PPE

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

NHS staff should be equipped with the correct PPE (personal protective equipment). They put their lives at risk every day. They should at least have the correct equipment to deal with what they are facing in order to complete their duty of care.
Ensure that all NHS staff on the front line and in hospitals have the correct PPE to ensure the safety of themselves and consequently others.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

You may wish to sign this petition calling for the same action: Provide adequate PPE equipment for medical professionals working with COVID-19

Advice on the use of personal protective equipment is a matter for Public Health England, not the Government or Parliament.
