Shut all caravan parks in Skegness and surrounding area

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Shut all caravan parks in Skegness and surrounding area as shops have no food or supplies in and the thousands that could possibly come will have a massive impact on locals especially elderly and vulnerable who are already struggling to get food as a manager in the area I am seeing chaos already
Without introducing more people into the equation the local economy will take a minor hit but this is a necessary factors to help locals have a good quality of life and survive during this pandemic holiday makers could also spread the virus to the town this would add unnecessary pressure on the local nhs closure of caravan parks would show more positives than negatives

Why it was rejected

Since this petition was started, the Government has issued guidance on further businesses and premises to close.
