Create an emergency law that dismissal during this crisis can be deemed unfair

Create an emergency law that allows workers (and those who fall under IR35) to challenge their dismissal after the passing of a crisis if, on review by the courts, it was found to be uneccesary for the survival of the business or motivated by any reason than one genuinely necessary to the crisis.

We understand that you want the Government to protect workers who might lose their job during the coronavirus outbreak, but it's not clear what exactly what you you want the Government to do to achieve this.
