Proper help for the self employed during the covid 19 crisis

What the petition asks

Give the same help to the self employed as the permanent employee's announced today 80 % of the wages up to limit of 2500 per month

Because we are all suppose to be together in this crisis and helping benefit parties and permanent employees and leaving out millions of the self employed is wrong and discriminatory as we contribute to the state and success of the uk.

Why it was rejected

The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.

Since this petition was started, the Government has said that most self-employed people can claim a taxable grant worth 80% of their trading profits up to a maximum of £2,500 per month for the next 3 months.
