What the petition asks
Review how the financial sector can help with Covid-19 outbreak. These measures should be appropriate and reflect the temporary nature. This could be a voluntary one-off payments for an amount to be specified by government or an emergency tax. Must not be passed to consumers for at least 5 years.
For the same reasons we bailed out the banks in 2008.
