Mandate all Emergency Dept. Staff to receive mental health counselling, free.

What the petition asks

Make all ED staff take a paid-for hours counselling to help with the stress the current government is putting on them, to help them deal with death every day, & to allow them to off-gas’s the strain of underfunded services with fewer staff
It will aid staff retention, reduce sickness hours (due to stress) & enable them to maintain the high levels of healthcare in the face of years of NHS neglect

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
