Suspend Student Accommodation rent for people who have moved out due to COVID-19

COVID-19 has resulted in a worldwide pandemic affecting all sections of society. This petition aims to try and resolve one of those: students being made to continue with accommodation rent payments despite having to return home.

Suspending payments or providing refunds for tuition fees and rent are a matter for individual universities and landlords, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
