Pause / Cancel council tax for the duration of COVID-19.

Many people will be in financial difficulty due to COVID-19. Whether self isolating OR losing their job due to closures set by the government thus, people will not be able to make payment which ultimately can cause court proceedings! The government should help by pausing/cancelling council tax.
