What the petition asks

Implement "Founder's Relief" to assist the smallest limited companies, run by a single person with no additional employees, who cannot benefit from some/any of the measures set out to protect larger businesses.

There are many limited company owners who operate alone as a small business. These individuals blur the line between self employed and limited company in terms how they work, but are unable to benefit from most of the measures laid for either type of business. Many own and are employed by their own company, and employ no other staff. Those who are VAT registered, pay/are exempt from business rates can benefit from some measures but there are many one person organisations to which neither apply.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
