Force hoseasons & other holiday companies to give refunds for cancelled holidays

Hoseasons holidays are refusing to give customers refunds for holidays cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak, I would like the government to force them into giving refunds,

Arrangements for refunding, changing or rebooking travel are a matter for individual airlines and travel agents, not the Government or Parliament.
