Make sure all 0 hour or casual staff get a sufficient income during covid19

Many casual and 0 hour staff have found themselves out of work, and are NOT being included in the the 80% of wages being covered. This petition is to ensure, 0 hour and casual staff are included in the 80% wages being covered or are included in another plan providing sufficient wages.
