Increase penalty fee for braking COV restrictions for a minimum of £150

What the petition asks

It is time to use big guns.
Irresponsible people are still on the street.
Teenagers gathering together and having a good time. £30 penalty is NOTHING. Just check Germany for and example of punishment. Learn from them. In the end these selfish people put at risk our lives as well!
To win with Corona Virus. As Every normal person.
