Scrap Income tax for all essential workers during the Coronavirus Pandemic

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

People are being paid to stay at home and keep us all safe, whilst essential workers risk their lives daily for no reward.
No person who works through this pandemic should have to pay income tax, never mind danger pay, income tax should be scrapped immediately. The Prime Minister suggested doing so earlier in the week but it seems to have been well and truly put on the backburner. Never mind telling us how much you appreciate us risking our lives, and how much you appreciate all our hard work, why not show us
