What the petition asks
resources such as the open university would make all learning modules free of charge to anyone in the uk with access to them and allow students to keep all credits earned.
these are hard times that will undoubtedly adversely affect the economy, it would be better to have a more educated public when we're trying to build up our economy afterwards.
