To take part in EU bulk-buying scheme for ventilators and protective equipment.

European countries have banded together collectively to bulk-buy ventilators and personal protective equipment.
The UK was invited to take part in the scheme, which means faster and cheaper orders, but declined. This is brexit ideology before lives. I want the government to reverse this decision.
