Give extra paid leave to staff who have had to keep working during Covid19

During these exceptional times many workers in non essential roles have been told to stand down to help ease the spread of Covid 19.
Those in essential roles have had to keep working - by way of thanks for their service permit additional paid leave equal to that time non essential staff were off.
