What the petition asks

Those on Ancestral Visas should be entiled to public funds and apply for any benefits without jeopardising their visa conditions, especially in this time with Covid19.

Ancestral visa holders have family members who are British born citizens, they work and pay tax and national insurance but are not entiled to any form of public funds. Some are self employed also. General day to day living is challenging not receiving any support like the rest of the population and those from European countries and now with covid19 and not being able to work there is no funds coming in at all. No money for food or basics nevermind rent. Even self employed individuals can only claim from June, what about now?

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
