Review the rules with regard to the assistance to the self-employed grants.

I would like you to review the current rules to assist the self-employed. Earnings are not capped at £50,000 for an employed person so why should a self-employed person earning over £50,000 be excluded from any goverment help when they pay a huge amount of tax & NI into the system also.
