What the petition asks

The government should wave the tax and NI contributions of the key workers & people on the front line. To give some financial support & gratitude for our hard work. we aren't receiving any additional support financially however those who aren't working & staying at home would receive 80% of pay.

The government needs to show some gratitude to the key workers and the grant is 3 months tax waiver as an incentive to keep putting ourselves in the firing line
Many of us have families in isolation or currently being homeschooled, we could be providing support for our loved ones too.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
