Raise wages for all support & care workers
Rejected
12 signatures
What the petition asks
Raise the wages for all people who work within the social care sector including, but not limited to, domiciliary carers, support workers, carers and NHS staff.
These people are on minimum wage yet are the ones being relied upon during the COVID 19 pandemic. All social care workers are on the front line, while trying to help make other peoples lives as easy as possible. The work done by these people improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable & these staff are often over worked, under paid & not given the recognition they deserve.
