Petition · past parliament

UK gov immediately to organise food deliveries by priority to the most at risk.

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

Remove the most-at-risk, from risk - so far as possible. So to mitigate the possibility of the NHS being overwhelmed, as well as for compassionate reasons.

Over 70s etc are still going to the shops, out of necessity - we need a system in place to provide for them out of risk at home urgently.
While there are precious few NHS frontline staff and ventilators, keep the most vulnerable out of hospital by reducing risk to them.

It's in the interests of _all_ of us, imperative actually, that the NHS is not overwhelmed. Best for _all_ age groups, and best for the NHS frontline.

With fewer in hospital, the fewer can receive better treatment, and the NHS staff be less stretched, stressed and exposed.
