What the petition asks

1. Reward the right NHS staff for their service and bravery with a special "COVID-19 bonus" that makes a difference to their lives
2. Increase the salary of the right NHS staff to better compensate them for the value that they deliver to our society

Years of under funding are making their jobs dangerous, as well as physically and mentally debilitating.

If not now, when is the right time to put our money where our mouth is?
