Ask the Prime ministers Boris Johnson not to send letters out to the public.

What the petition asks

We understand that you want to make contact with the public by"At an anticipated cost of £5.8 million" PLEASE DON'T. There are SO many ways that much money could be used,for the NHS and more PPE. People don’t need the letter. Please support this....
If it will cost around £5.8 million the money would be better spent on front line staff like the NHS and more PPE. A letter is not

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Since you started your petition the Government has already sent a letter about coronavirus to every home. You could start a new petition calling on the Government to only communicate via electronic means during the coronavirus outbreak, because of the potential risks of letters.
