To stop local councils issuing fines to Doctors and Nurse during this virus

What the petition asks
During this terrible virus nurses doctors should not have to pay fines for parking wile out helping others in need
There in the front line and working bam hard and should not be made to pay on any car park or place they are restricted to park during this problem they should be awarded not penalised
