Give students autonomy of surplus University funding from strikes / COVID-19

What the petition asks
Students who have been at University have had 21 weeks (23 weeks/yr) missed/disrupted due to strikes/COVID-19.
From the £9,250/yr we spend on our education this has left Universities with a surplus of funding that is currently not returned to or spent to best reflect the needs of students.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Spending plans are a matter for individual universities, subject to oversight by the Office for Students which regulates the higher education sector in England, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
