Allow companies to furlough their Schedule D workers under the CJRS

What the petition asks
Enable companies to furlough workers who were contracted on feb 29th as schedule d workers but who aren't eligible for the self-employed covid-19 grant due to commonly working a combination of both PAYE and schedule d contracts.
In the creative industries workers are employed in an unconventional way, taking on different job roles on different projects, leading to differently appropriate methods of taxation, sometimes within the same tax year.
For many who were contracted Schedule D on feb 29th but who worked primarily PAYE in the tax year 18/19, there is little support.
We have paid the same full taxes as everyone else but have fallen into the gap between the two current covid-19 grant schemes. We shouldn't discriminated against for working in an unconventional way.
